Monthly Salary:
- 8,000 to 12,000 [Based on Skills and Experience]
Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Experienced in enterprise application support

Ensure 24/7 service for Call Center, CIMT, KMS & Live Chat etc. customer service solutions

24/7 support for operations and maintenance activity from system point of view.

Investigation and vendor escalation

Troubleshooting & maintenance

Monitoring and Performance tuning and quality assurance
-
Requirement analysis and providing solutions

Project & CR execution support from a technical aspect

Communication and coordination with vendors/partners.

System integration support

Educational Requirements

Bachelors Degree of any discipline from any reputed University
